UC Transition stages:

Our process of transition your whole organisation to a Unified Communication solution. Some of these stages can be combined but in larger organisations it is best to approach it staged.  Planning is beforehand.

Stage 1 All Meeting Rooms setup Video Conferencing (VC): Transition the meeting rooms to a video conferencing solution along with any hardware for display which is usually run via the UC. We will match the right platform to suit your organisation and deploy it. Staff get training on the rooms.

Stage 2 - UC Soft phone software deployed to each team: Upgrade each team to UC softphone software ahead of the hardware deployment.  Staff get basic training on this.

Stage 3 - UC hardware such as headsets, webcams, heaphones to add to UC solution: We then systematically go through installing the hardware for telephones across the organsiation - team by team. Final step is go live day for porting current business lines and staff training.
