Save time and effort by booking an IT Helpdesk session with a business IT and Cybersecurity Professional! The IT Helpdesk session (Onsite in Greater Melbourne, Australia) is a casual IT session for resolving IT & Cybersecurity issues, adjusting or setting up new or existing devices. You will receive help from an experienced & caring IT Professional who will do everything possible over the remote session to assist you. We look forward to helping you with you IT & Cybersecurity! Booking Details: ---------------------- * Fee: Starting at $61 walk-in remote rate for 30 minute increment and then at reduced hourly rate and capped off with day remote rate of 7.5 hours at $480. Regular customers on Service Agreements at $22 rate per 15 minute increment. Invoice emailed after session & prices include GST. * After booking: You get a confirmation by email and SMS. * Extra Time? Yes, just ask our technician.
Cancellation Policy
For booking cancellations or rescheduling, please contact us via consulting@cyberkite.com.au or via website chat preferably at least 1 hour in advance. If we arrive at your premises or the remote session and you cancel we will charge for the first 30 minutes. Unforeseen or extenuating circumstances can arise and we understand, so please advise us ASAP of any changes to the appointment. Thank you.
