1. General IT Helpdesk session (Walk-in Casual) - these are great for DIY (yes, DIY's are welcome) or those occasional IT issues. Charged at 30min intervals by invoice after work is completed. This also includes our unique Tech for Digital Marketing (IT support for self marketers). Book an IT Helpdesk Session now!

2. IT Service Agreement - 1 year commitment for a discounted service desk rate charged at 15min intervals via a timesheet. Book a Free Technology Consultation to discuss a service agreement. Suitable only for small business at this stage (But we are working on building capacity to provide support to any size business).

 

Agreements can include:

  • IT Support Packages - usually most popular is a casual service agreement or we can be pre-booked for any number of hours each week or month. This includes our unique digital marketing IT support.

  • Device Maintenance Packages - regular maintenance improves the performance of computers and extends their life - like cars. 

  • Cybersecurity Maintenance Packages - staying on top of threats and beefing up your organization's security is a constant evolution. Hackers don't rest and we don't either. This includes regular Cyber Awareness Training
