Service Rates & Reminders

All Sessions Booking Reminders


  • All new and walk-in customers must pay the invoice before any paid session. Invoice will be issued to you prior to the booking. Regular customers are exempt from paying in advance for sessions.
  • All sessions with our suppliers & vendors are no billable.
  • All billable sessions are invoiced after the sessions except for Service Agreement customers for them we add the time spent on their timesheet and invoice monthly or bi-monthly.
  • Cyberkite may at their discretion not charge or reduce pricing for some sessions in some circumstances by prior approval or post approval.
Prices include
  • Session prices displayed in the booking center don't include GST
  • All invoices sent include 10% Australian GST at the bottom
  • In all invoices you can select card payment option which incurs an additional 1.75% payment surcharge.
  • All invoices include bank transfer or pay ID payment method which does not incur an additional 1.75% payment surcharge.

IT Consultation Rates


  • 1st 30 minute Session is FREE. Then charged as per rates below.
  • Remote: Subsequent sessions start at $57 walk-in remote rate for 30 minute increment and then at reduced hourly rate and capped off with day remote rate of 7.5 hours at $450. Invoice emailed after session & prices include GST.
  • Onsite: Subsequent sessions start at $61 walk-in remote rate for 30 minute increment and then at reduced hourly rate and capped off with day remote rate of 7.5 hours at $480. Invoice emailed after session & prices include GST.




IT Support Rates


  • Remote: 10 minute over-the-phone assessment is at no charge prior to the paid session. Starting at $57 walk-in remote rate for 30 minute increment and then at reduced hourly rate and capped off with day remote rate of 7.5 hours at $450. Regular customers on Service Agreements at $22 rate per 15 minute increment. Invoice emailed after session & prices include GST.
  • Onsite: Starting at $61 walk-in remote rate for 30 minute increment and then at reduced hourly rate and capped off with day remote rate of 7.5 hours at $480. Regular customers on Service Agreements at $22 rate per 15 minute increment. Invoice emailed after session & prices include GST.




Cybersecurity Check Rates


Remote & Onsite sessions are at no charge for 30minutes at each review for the purpose of Cybersecurity discussion with organisation towards a Cybersecurity Review. Additional consulting time is charged at IT Support Rates (as above).




Install or open our support apps


Use or install one of the following support apps for any of the remote sessions. Install Zoom app - Used for all remote sessions for video or audio meetings. Zoom app install on any device including Win, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android phones & tablet. For Chromebooks install Zoom progressive web app. Chromebook support app - Additional method for providing assistance during remote sessions for Chromebooks. Open " Chrome Remote Desktop" app in Chrome browser in Chromebook Quick Assist app on Win - Additional method for providing assistance during remote sessions for Windows computers. Instructions to open Quick Assist if Zoom can't be installed on Windows computer.
